Author Guidelines

Submission of the full paper follows the guidelines below:

  1. The article is written in English or Indonesian and has not been published or submitted to any journal or proceedings.
  2. The length of the article must be 10-15 pages of A4 or 3000-4500 words. It must be submitted in an editable version as Microsoft Word and using a font type (Palatino Linotype, 1.15 spacing, 12 pt paper, A4, 3 cm top margin, 3 cm bottom, 3 cm left, 3 cm right).
  3. Title: Palatino Linotype 14pt, bold, spaced 1. The title of the article in Indonesia must clearly describe the article written in short and informative words, not more than 15 words.
  4. Author Name: Palatino Linotype 12pt, bold. The author's name in the article is listed without an academic degree, accompanied by the name of the institution and email.
  5. Abstract: Palatino Linotype 12pt, spaced 1. Abstract must be written in 2 languages (English and Indonesian) accompanied by keywords. The word count of the abstract is 100-300 words, containing a brief overview of the most relevant aspects of the article. The research paper abstract should contain the research objectives, methodology, and findings.
  6. Introduction: Introduction describes the background of the problem being solved, issues related to the problem being solved, reviews of research that has been done previously by other researchers that are relevant to the research being conducted.
  7. Research Methods: Includes a basic explanation of methods, data collection techniques, location and time of research, types of research, analysis.
  8. Results and Discussion: Findings should highlight findings rather than provide detailed research results. The discussion must answer the problem, interpret the research results into known knowledge, build a new theory and/or modify the previous theory, and the discussion contains implications both from the theoretical results and their implementation.
  9. Conclusion: Conclusions must clearly indicate the results obtained from the problems discussed. Conclusions are in the form of paragraphs, not in the form of bullet points, booklets or numbering.
  10. References: The references listed are at least 15 references and only contain the literature referred to in the written manuscript. The reference composition used must consist of a minimum of 80% primary literature (scientific journals, proceedings) and a maximum of 20% secondary references (textbooks). The year of publication of the reference is the last 10 years except for classical literature. Reference list recommended using reference management tools (Zotero) Chicago Manual of Style Edition 16 (full notes).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

  2. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

  3. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  4. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word document file format.

  5. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
